Precision in entering coordinates...

I can't seem to get DEM earth 3 to recognize decimal coordinates,

For example, a google earth pin can have the following coordinates:

39 08  22.71  north

The .71 makes a huge difference when trying to geo-reference townhomes for a client,

Is there any way around this or is this a current limitations?

there are two ways to represent geographic coordinates.

1. degrees.

2. degrees,minutes, seconds

both are supported by DEM Earth.

1. lets you enter decimal points. 2. does not.  This is a limitation of the Cinema4D user interface for degree/minute/sec.

I have asked maxon to increase the accuracy of the float/degree/latlon interface, but the only good solution is to convert to standard float interface and tweak the value with that, which should be more accurate.
