You can get the latest version in any of the following ways:
- if your support is up to date, make a support ticket, on this helpdesk, and request the latest version of DEM Earth.
If you make a support ticket, please include your account name, and if possible your order reference number, with your ticket, to speed things up.
If your support has expired, you need to renew your support, before requesting an update, or making a ticket.
important: Support does not include major version updates. i.e. if you have an R5 license, renewing your R5 support does not get you R6.
