from version 4.036 and onward, the Pinpoint object can be moved in the viewport, and will Reverse geocode to get a location address, when the move operation is complete.
That means that when you release the mouse, the plugin will get a human readable address for the new geographic coordinate, in the language of the country in which the coordinate resides.
once you have a Pinpoint, under a dem earth object, simply hold the shift key down, press and hold the left mouse button, to move the Pinpoint around. As soon as you release the mouse button, the name of the pinpoint will update. it will also add an annotation tag to the pin, and rename it to match the Adresse.
