1. The login account details are not the same as those from cinemaplugins.com, so you will need to create a new account or log in using facebook,twitter,ect.
  2. Once you are logged in click on the "New Ticket" button and try to provide as much detail as you can, to help me resolve things.
  3. Please fill out all the fields, this helps me see exactly what is going on, and saves a lot of extra silly questions.
  4. if you are applying for new serials, include the new 11 numbers.
  5. if your requesting updates or keys, for multiple plugins, please bundle them all in one ticket.
Mega important !
When you sumbit a ticket, please respond to the following ticket related emails, using the ticket link, in the email you recieve. Don't reply to the email itself.
